Work was completed on time as promised. Appreciated receiving a text to notify me that during the inspection the service tech found two items that needed attention, Air Filter & Wiper blades. This allowed me to authorize the work being done while the vehicle was there rather than making it necessary to make a return visit.

Very courteous and accommodating. No appointment and they worked me into getting the car fixed .

Took vehicle in on thursday evening to change oil, check brakes, and diagnose a small knock when turning. I called in everyday to get an update. Never got an answer and always I'll check with technician and call you back. Never happened, never called. After 4 days I finally asked for a manager, soon after I get an email, not a call, an email going through all the proposed things that need done. Half the things had nothing to do with said problems. Adding it to around $4000 + labor. I told them change the oil and I'll get the car.. There places are all the same go in for oil change and they tell you it needs 4 to $5000 worth of parts / labor.

I drove my Chevy Trax to the service department at a slow crawl as it would not go over 30 miles per hour without sputtering and nearly stalling. The staff created an estimate for the necessary repairs and within a few days, had the car running well. The repairs were within the estimated costs. The staff were helpful and informative about the process. I would return to the GMC service garage for future problems without hesitation.

Mr. Brown worked with us and gave us a really good deal on a vehicle. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from this dealership.
