From the moment we called for an appointment to when we walked out the door post service call, we felt something special and different about this location. Extreme customer focused, explained things very well and just authentically nice. It’s a drive for us to go here versus Wooster, but we are considering using this location going forward!

Overall, I had a good experience, the only problem I had was what you wanted to charge me the first time. I had a coupon from GM for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection for 59.99. I don't feel it is right to add $8.00 for shop supplies to this amount. The other places don't add this, and you can't tell me that you used $8.00 worth of shop rags for my oil change. I believe that you just add this to every job you do as a way to get extra profit whether you use anything or not. I agreed to pay what the coupon was plus sales tax, and that's it.

When I showed up for my service appointment 45 minutes early I was checked in, and sent to the customer lounge area which has nice large comfy chairs. I settled in and took a nap. I was pleasantly surprised when the service manager woke me 5 minutes before my appointment time to inform me that the job was completed. Thank you for the speedy service.
