SHELBYVILLE, IN | 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500June 18, 2025On the scale of 1 to 5, we would actually give this dealership a 6!! Everybody was very helpful, professional, and kind in all ways. The service department quickly took our truck in and painstakingly gave us the news that the engine in our truck was dead. (They did this without an appointment as we were on vacation out of state, and we were so glad that this dealership was less than 3 miles from where we were camping!) Dale Brown listened to our needs and kindly helped us to find a truck that would allow us to continue on our vacation for another week. He helped us to find discounts/rebates to bring the price down over $9,000!! He was absolutely wonderful!! Another employee even loaned us a couple of screwdrivers so that we could transfer our bike rack from the broken-down truck to the new vehicle. All of these kind gestures meant so much to us.
